Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JS/NodeJS, and .NET Framework/Core C#
Experience with databases like SQL Server and MongoDB
Familiarity with design and development tools like Visio and Whimsical
Knowledge of development tools like VS Code, Python Notebooks, and SoapUI/Postman
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and Clarity
Understanding of orchestration tools like SSIS and NodeRed
Familiarity with infrastructure technologies like OpenShift, containerization, and virtual machines
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including

Watson, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI, and Google AI

Experience with cloud-native technologies and practices
Previous experience delivering NLP solutions such as IVR, chat bots, interaction routing, and natural language classification
5-7+ years of experience in technical implementation Social qualifications:

Ability to build relationships and execute on commitments
Self-discipline and desire to build applications with high integrity
Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies
