We're looking for a GM who will: Create a positive environment that encourages teamwork and cultivates exceptional guest service. Manage the daily operations of the store. Develop impactful relationships with team members through ongoing coaching, training, feedback, and development. Ensure financial targets are met by efficiently managing labor, inventory and expenses. Drive sales and brand awareness through community involvement and local marketing efforts. Adhere to all company food safety, cash handling, and operational policies and procedures. Ensure that all team members are in compliance as well. Jump in and assist where needed.

Requirements:

Minimum one year of upper management leadership experience At least 18 years of age Access to reliable transportation at a moment's notice Current food handler's card
