Job Title:

Janitor Job Description In this role, the janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office, restroom, lunchroom, and manufacturing areas. Duties include emptying garbage cans, mopping floors, ensuring the bathrooms are clean, and performing other general janitorial tasks as required. Occasionally, responsibilities will extend to cleaning the shop floor and disposing of boxes in the dumpster. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in office, restroom, lunchroom, and manufacturing areas. Empty garbage cans regularly. Mop floors and ensure they are clean. Clean bathrooms and ensure they are in a hygienic condition. Perform general janitorial tasks as needed. Clean shop floor and dispose of boxes in the dumpster. Essential Skills Proficiency in janitorial duties. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position operates on a first shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8am-4:30pm, and Friday, 7am-4pm. The work environment is clean, air-conditioned, and features music playing over the PA system daily. It is a laid-back atmosphere where each employee is focused on their respective tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Huntley, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
