Janitor

Ultra-Clean Janitorial Services is a local commercial janitorial company with 36+ years of experience, proudly serving the Waco area. We offer a professional work environment and are seeking dependable, part-time Janitors/Custodians to join our team. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect office buildings (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning break rooms, restroom cleaning, etc.) Ability to arm/disarm security systems Carry out extra cleaning tasks and special projects as needed Notify management of occurring deficiencies or need for supplies Stock and maintain janitor closet Cooperate with other team members and customers Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor with at least one year experience Ability to get along with others and be a team player Self motivated to work without direct supervision Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Willingness to learn our cleaning procedures Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree preferred but not required
