Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and custodial tasks that ensure our spaces are hygienic, organized, and inviting for employees, visitors, and clients alike. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of all areas including floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, window washing, and trash removal to uphold high standards of hygiene Restock supplies in restrooms and break areas to ensure availability of essentials like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper Maintain cleanliness of equipment and storage areas, ensuring all cleaning tools are properly sanitized and stored after use Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to custodial work to promote a safe environment for everyone Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning equipment Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy supplies or equipment Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Reliable with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues effectively Flexibility to work during scheduled hours that may include evenings or weekends as needed Join us in creating a pristine environment where everyone feels comfortable and cared for!
