COMPANY DESCRIPTION

• 18 / hr

SCHEDULE

Expected hours—40-50 10 hour shift Mon-Fri Responsibilities Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls Empty trash and recycling bins Clean and maintain restrooms Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment Perform routine cleaning on ceiling vents Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Requirements Proven working experience as a Janitor Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Driver's License and reliable transportation

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
