Position Summary Nautical Structures Industries, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor / Custodian to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment across our facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and contributes to the overall success of our operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors Maintain cleanliness throughout offices, restrooms, break areas, and production spaces Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns Assist with minor repairs and general maintenance as needed Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage Support industrial cleaning during production shutdowns or special projects Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance roles preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license required Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team If you are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply today and become a vital part of the Nautical Structures team!
