Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance. Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly. Assist with light custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or assisting with residential painting projects when needed. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or basic painting is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while performing cleaning duties. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
