Monday - Friday /some Saturdays 6 pm -10 pm •Must be able to pass clean background and drug screening•Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various commercial properties. Your efforts will ensure our clients' environments are pristine, welcoming, and well-maintained, contributing to their overall satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and other floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance Handle custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing surfaces Conduct industrial cleaning duties when necessary, including deep cleaning of large spaces or specialized equipment Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and supplies used Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial vacuums safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours Prior experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required Join our team to help create clean, safe environments that leave lasting positive impressions!
