The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all facilities are safe and sanitary. Shifts Weekday Mornings 6am-10am Weekday Evenings 5p-9p/6p-11p Fridays 5p-10p Weekend Mornings 8a-12p/Nights 4p-8p Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Handle waste disposal following proper procedures
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Assist a team of 4-5 other janitors and upholding expectations and high standards of cleanliness Qualifications
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Experience in facilities maintenance, industrial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred
• Knowledge of buffing, floor care, and commercial cleaning practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks
• Ability to lift weights up to 60lbs
• Familiarity with using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
