Janitorial Supervisor Working/Project - Hourly

Summary:

Work at various customer accounts, as needed to fill-in or to start a new job. Clean room, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas so that health standards are met; complete project work as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience preferred Excellent attention to detail Valid Driver's License is required.

Working Schedule:

Must have open availability ( Including but not limited to weekends) 5:30PM - 1:30AM Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner). General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition. Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas. Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors. Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas. Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Keep cleaning supplies in stock. Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision. Experience with stripping and waxing
