Job Description :

We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians and Inspectors. As a Cleaning Technician and Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' properties while ensuring our high standards are consistently met. We are Hiring Multiple Persons for this role. Not all nights are required.

Responsibilities :

Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly, including but not limited to packing linens, making beds, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Inspect assigned areas before and after cleaning to ensure all tasks are completed to company standards. Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and schedules. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements :

Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services not required but preferred. Training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as needed, physical stamina . Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
