Overview A&A Commercial Cleaning is seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Janitor. In this essential role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. This position offers the opportunity to demonstrate your cleaning expertise and custodial skills while supporting the overall upkeep of our facilities. We are looking for a reliable, independent, and responsible candidate with dependable transportation to service two of our commercial buildings in Greenville, NC.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday Hours:

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and techniques. Conduct detailed floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces remain pristine and durable. Maintain cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces across various facility zones. Handle custodial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards. Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, utilizing proper equipment and safety procedures. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures including buffing and waxing. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively. Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
