Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various commercial and residential facilities. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Conduct routine custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces Support facilities maintenance activities as needed, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used, stored, and maintained for safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for yourself and others while performing janitorial duties Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks and basic repairs is a plus Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and supplies is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us at NightRider Janitorial Services LLC to help create clean, safe spaces that leave lasting impressions!
