Janitorial Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both commercial settings. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Assist with custodial duties in a commercial environment. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established safety protocols while performing cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks. A positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to pass a background check.
