K Key Responsibilities:

Set and manage monthly and annual sales targets to drive department performance. Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, including limited-availability products. Research market trends and attend trade shows to identify growth opportunities. Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff; provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to align on inventory, marketing, and sales goals. Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Oversee contract negotiations, payment collections, and compliance with company policies. Participate in inventory counts, company events, and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean record required; must work weekends and holidays as needed. Business-level English and Bilingual in Japanese or Korean Preferred Product knowledge preferred. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of sales and 5 years of management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP (Microsoft NAV) experience preferred.
