About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microservices Architect / Senior Technical Lead with deep hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing cloud-native, microservices-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern architecture patterns, DevSecOps practices, API design, event-driven systems, and cloud technologies. This role requires strong design expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring performance, security, and high availability across distributed systems.

What You'll Do:
Design and implement microservices architectures using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud-native frameworks. Ensure API security, versioning, and scalable integration across distributed services. Architect cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or using Spring Cloud / PCF. Use and implement microservices frameworks and tools such as: Hystrix, Eureka (service registry & discovery) API Gateway, Sidecar patterns Work with Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and database schema design. Architect and build event-driven systems using messaging technologies like ActiveMQ, Kafka, etc. Apply design patterns, design principles, and ensure all solutions meet NFRs such as performance, security, and high availability. Contribute to DevSecOps activities including: CI/CD pipelines Jenkins Containers Kubernetes Work with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Spring Integration (desirable). Leverage GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, AWS Q, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI (desirable). Produce high-quality architecture documents using Visio, Lucidchart, Rational, including: Application architecture Deployment architecture Data models Collaborate with front-end teams working on ReactJS, Angular, and mobile technologies. Work with NoSQL and caching tools such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Elastic, Redis, DynamoDB. Integrate with identity management solutions like Cognito, Okta, Ping Federate, Active Directory. Perform low-level design, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Contribute to RFP responses, solution estimations, and technical proposal creation. Communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, and stay hungry for continuous learning and innovation.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Strong experience with Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, REST APIs, API versioning, and API security. Hands-on design of cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/GCP, Spring Cloud, or PCF. Experience with service discovery, fallback patterns, and resiliency using Hystrix, Eureka, API Gateway, Sidecar, etc. Strong knowledge of Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, relational and NoSQL database design. Expertise in event-driven architectures using Kafka, ActiveMQ, or similar systems. Deep knowledge of design patterns, system scalability, performance tuning, and NFR-driven design. Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes. Ability to create architectural diagrams and documentation using Visio, Lucidchart, Rational tools. Exposure to front-end integrations (ReactJS, Angular, mobile). Familiarity with identity management systems like Cognito, Okta, Ping Federate, AD. Strong debugging, LLD creation, and code review capabilities. Experience contributing to RFPs and estimation processes. Experience with MuleSoft, Apache Camel, Spring Integration. Experience with GenAI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, AWS Q. Experience with AI/agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to handle complex, multi-team coordination. Passion for learning emerging technologies and modern engineering practices.
