Full Job Description Crew Member Summary/Objective:

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER.

The Crew Members are an essential part of the team and are responsible for providing prompt and friendly customer service to our guests. The duties include greeting customers, preparing orders, working as a team, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately Create food consistent with Jersey Mikes high quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions efficiently while providing accurate change to customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to health and safety regulations while preparing food and serving customers. Manage time effectively to meet customer demands in a fast-paced environment. Be a good team member Desire to learn and improve Reliable, arrive on time for scheduled shifts and complete all duties by end of shift.
