Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and supervise team members to maintain high standards of service and food quality. Support food handling, cooking, and food production processes while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; manage cash handling procedures with integrity. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure all ingredients and supplies are available. Train new staff members on food safety practices, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers. Skills Proven experience in food service management or supervising in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required. Excellent communication skills for effective staff training and guest interactions.
