We're hiring a Part-Time Jewelry Sales Consultant who is professional, coachable, and motivated to build a career. Why This Role Is a Great Fit Strong earning opportunity with base + commission Training provided — with clear expectations for growth and performance Work with meaningful, high-value purchases (engagements, anniversaries, milestones) Established store with loyal, repeat clientele What You'll Do Deliver a professional, relationship-driven customer experience Guide customers in selecting engagement rings, fine jewelry, watches, and gifts Learn diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry fundamentals — and apply them confidently in sales Build repeat business through follow-up and strong client relationships Contribute to a team environment focused on performance and results What We're Looking For Sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication skills and professional presence Coachable, with a desire to improve and grow Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a performance-based environment (commission + goals) Available for a retail schedule including weekends and peak seasons (Nov. 1-Jan. 1, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) Jewelry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person. GIA students or graduates are encouraged to apply.
