Job Coach (Regular Float Position)

We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for 2 part time Job Coach Float positions. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends.

Qualifications include:

A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study. Position Details:

What You'll Do:

As a Job Coach, you'll support individuals on the job by: Helping them understand their job duties Teaching and reinforcing new job skills Role-modeling appropriate workplace behavior Providing encouragement to build confidence and independence Job Coaches work in a variety of local businesses, making each day different and engaging.

Pay & Differential:
