$20-22/hour (depending on experience) Neo Chair Inc. is looking for a capable Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. About Neo Chair Neo Chair is a rapidly growing eCommerce furniture company dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. With operations across multiple warehouses in the U.S., we are looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our warehouse operations team Key Responsibilities Execute daily warehouse operations which mainly involves order management along with receiving, stocking, picking and shipping in timely manner. Monitor shipments and order status to help maintain shipping standards across marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Temu, and TikTok Shop. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with warehouse organization. Collaborate with IT and other Warehouse & Distribution team to implement and to optimize WMS and IMS systems. Support daily fulfillment operations and help meet shipping goals during peak seasons. Manage schedules and attendance for temporary warehouse staff as needed. Assist with WMS, IMS, OMS, ShipStation, or other warehouse/shipping systems. Collaborate with warehouse and eCommerce teams to improve operational efficiency. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the company. Familiarity with eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart is preferred. Korean or Spanish proficiency is a plus. Experience with WMS, IMS, OMS, ShipStation, or other shipping software is a plus. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or related field is preferred but not required.
