Job Summary As a Team Member at Juice n Bowls, you are the face of our "healthy vibe." Key Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Provide high-energy service that makes every customer feel welcome. You will become a master of our Square POS system , ensuring quick and accurate transactions.

Culinary Craftsmanship:

Execute "stocking shifts" involving precision fruit/vegetable cutting and prep. You will learn to craft our entire menu, including smoothies, juices, oatmeal, acai bowls, and gourmet toasts. The "Spotless"

Standard:

Maintain a clean-as-you-go workflow and participate in thorough daily deep cleaning of the entire store to meet our high sanitation standards.

Operational Excellence:

Manage high-volume periods with grace and speed, ensuring every order meets our quality and presentation guidelines. Requirements & Reliability We run a tight-knit ship where every team member counts. Because our success depends on our collective effort, we place a premium on absolute reliability .

Punctuality:

100% commitment to your scheduled shifts. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unexcused absences or frequent call-offs.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and lift produce boxes weighing 30-50 lbs .

Credentials:

Must possess (or be willing to obtain) a valid Food Handler's Card and strictly adhere to all health code and grooming standards.

Tech Savvy:

Ability to learn and efficiently navigate digital point-of-sale systems.

Pay & Benefits Starting Pay:

$16.90/hour (plus tips!).
