This is a field-based role ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, marketing, or healthcare/law firm business development. Responsibilities Travel locally to meet with attorneys, law firm administrators, and medical professionals. Identify and recruit potential QME physicians; explain the benefits of partnering with our team. Cultivate referral relationships with attorneys handling workers' compensation, IMEs, and SIBTF cases. Collaborate with leadership to strategize regional growth and track outreach performance. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and generate leads. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, outreach, or business development (required). Healthcare, legal, or workers' comp experience is a strong plus. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage travel and outreach independently.
