Jobsite Supervisor - Custom Homes and Remodels

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Jobsite Supervisor to join our team. You would assist in the leadership and management though out construction and remodeling of custom homes and accessory structures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, of a high quality. As a key leader, you will coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold quality standards to deliver exceptional results for our clients. NelsonConstructionServices.com Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Coordinate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely deliveries Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of design intent and compliance with building codes Monitor project schedules using construction management software adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines Maintain detailed records of daily activities, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other project documentation Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle, addressing issues promptly to maintain high standards Coordinate with project managers and sales teams on budgeting processes, tracking of costs, and manage resource allocation Review and Enforce safety standards for a safe working environment. Assist with supervising and training efforts by managing teams of tradespeople, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback What we are looking for 5+ years of experience in residential construction supervision and or leadership for custom homes and remodels or a transferable field Proven management experience supervising teams of tradespeople and subcontractors effectively Familiarity and comfortability interacting with construction management software and Microsoft office software Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating among diverse stakeholders and maintaining clear documentation Familiarity with common safety protocols on construction sites

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
