Johnson Group Home Residential Support Staff

Job Summary:

As a member of the residential staff, the incumbent works to establish and maintain a respectful and dignified atmosphere for psychiatrically-disabled residents. Work includes both housekeeping duties and providing safety and support to residents. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the duties satisfactorily; the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in human services field; at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
