Coast has an opportunity for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to join our team of construction professionals based in Lancaster, CA. Key responsibilities include Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Install wood and metal frames, including roof trusses Perform concrete forming and finishing Build, install, and repair cabinets, doors, flooring, frameworks, and trim Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand and power tools Assemble and install structural components accurately Operate equipment safely and in accordance with company policies Load/unload materials and maintain tools and equipment Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Participate in weekly safety meetings Qualifications Proven carpentry experience at the journeyman level Ability to work independently after direction is provided Strong understanding of plans, layouts, and task execution Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and confined spaces Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime as needed Must have reliable transportation Benefits Very Competitive Salary Profit Sharing Program Per diem if applicable Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k with Match Paid Holidays & Vacation Sick Time Weekly Paychecks Direct Deposit Company Paid Basic Life Insurance Life Insurance Aflac Family Orientated Company
