Job Description Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee construction projects and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate various tasks effectively. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Manage project scheduling using tools. Oversee budgeting processes and ensure project costs remain within established limits. Collaborate with contractors to ensure contract specifications are met. Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance their skills. Conduct regular inspections of work progress and quality control. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes and techniques. Proficiency in project scheduling software. Familiarity with budgeting practices related to construction projects. Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings. Experience with construction management tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Schedule:
