Journeyman Electrician

Journeyman Electrician - Solar Construction We're hiring a Journeyman Electrician to support electrical installation. This is a hands‑on field role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality electrical work, and is open to long‑term travel to active solar sites.

Compensation:

$50 - $63.00/hr (depending on experience)

Per Diem:

GSA rates What You'll Do Install, terminate, and test electrical equipment for ground‑mount solar arrays Perform wiring, conduit work, combiner box installation, and inverter connections Read and interpret electrical drawings and site plans Support commissioning activities and troubleshoot electrical issues Ensure all work meets NEC, safety, and quality standards Collaborate with site leadership, electricians, and solar installation crews Travel between project sites as needed to support active builds What We're Looking For Active Journeyman Electrician license (state‑specific or reciprocal) Experience in solar, commercial electrical work, or large‑scale construction Strong understanding of electrical systems, PV equipment, and site safety Ability to work independently and as part of a field crew Safety‑focused, organized, and adaptable in changing site conditions Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $61.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
