Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber with strong bathroom remodeling and residential renovation experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing plumbing installations and remodel projects from start to finish while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and remodel work Complete bathroom remodeling plumbing rough-ins and finish work Install and service water lines, drain systems, fixtures, and related plumbing components Read and interpret project plans, and specifications Troubleshoot plumbing systems and resolve issues efficiently Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and homeowners Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations Maintain clean and organized job sites Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout projects Qualifications Current Journeyman Plumber license required Proven experience with bathroom remodels and residential renovation projects Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation practices Clean driving record required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and communication skills Licensing Requirement The successful candidate must obtain both the Minneapolis and St. Paul COMP Card licenses within 90 days of hire.
