Joyology of Lake Orion is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time Dispatchers .

We are currently hiring for:

1 Opening Dispatcher 1 Closing Dispatcher Pay starts at $20 per hour . Position Overview The Dispatcher plays a key role in supporting daily delivery and dispensary operations by coordinating orders, communicating with drivers and staff, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the shift. We are looking for organized, fast-paced individuals who work well under pressure and thrive in a team environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch delivery orders efficiently Communicate with drivers and dispensary staff throughout shifts Monitor order status and ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate records and updates within the system Assist with daily operational tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving support Qualifications Previous dispatching experience preferred (delivery dispatching, logistics, transportation, etc.) Dispensary or cannabis industry experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be 21 years or older Full-time Opening and closing shifts available Weekend availability preferred Pay & Benefits $20/hour Full-time hours Opportunities for growth within the company Supportive team environment If you are interested in joining the Joyology team, we'd love to hear from you!
