Jr. Account Manager

Description City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients to expand our offerings and increase revenue. Utilize CRM software to document client interactions, track service delivery, and manage schedules. Collaborate with internal teams including accounting and operations to resolve client concerns and streamline processes. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
