The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. This includes responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities Include:

Accept, update, and transition tickets submitted by users utilizing internal ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Install and configure new hardware and software. Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person. Perform system maintenance tasks such as backups, disk clean-up, and virus scans. Create and maintain user accounts. Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. Train users on new hardware and software. Create and document IT processes. May require travel up to 50% Require the ability to lift packages up to 50lbs. Requirements Require Microsoft Certification (e.g. SC-900 - Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals)
