We are looking for a driven and experienced Junior Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing client relationships and multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively. This role will be heavily involved in the day-to-day project management of client needs and will report directly to our Vice President of Advertising.What You Will Bring:
A proactive attitude and the confidence to take initiative on client needs and internal projects Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping everything organized and on schedule Proven success in marketing, advertising, or public relations (agency experience preferred) Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with the ability to manage client social media accounts Understanding of digital, traditional, and social media channels Familiarity with performance measurement tools like Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc. Exceptional communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, English, or a related fieldKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and earning trust through consistent follow-through Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing, PR, media, and digital initiatives Oversee the day-to-day project management of client needs, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time Manage client social media accounts, including strategy, content creation, posting, and performance tracking Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smart, effective, and on-brand campaigns Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, data-driven recommendations Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and marketing trends to keep clients at the forefront Create and present strategic marketing plans, reports, proposals, and briefsJob Type:
