Job Summary of Junior Branch Manager:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Branch Manager (Home Care) to support daily operations at our home care office. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare management skills, a passion for quality service, and the ability to lead a dedicated team. The Junior Branch Manager supports the daily operations of the office by assisting with staff coordination, client services, scheduling, compliance, and administrative management. The JR Branch Manager works closely with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff to help ensure high-quality care delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities of Junior Branch Manager:
Assist in managing the overall operations of the home care branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Support clinical staff in maintaining high standards of healthcare practices aligned with industry regulations. Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated and competent team. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO standards, safety protocols, and privacy laws. Monitor quality assurance processes and implement improvements based on client feedback and regulatory audits. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Operations Support:
Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations, support scheduling and coordination of caregivers for client assignments, monitor service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care, help maintain adequate staffing levels and caregiver coverage, assist with handling call-offs, schedule changes, and emergency staffing situations.
Staff Supervision & Support:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of caregivers and office staff, promote employee engagement and retention.
Client Relations:
Maintain professional communication with clients and families, support client intake processes and service plan coordination, assist with resolving client concerns and service issues, conduct client satisfaction follow-up calls.
Requirements of Junior Branch Manager:
Proven experience in healthcare management or home care operations with a focus on medical management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams effectively. Knowledge of healthcare regulations including JCAHO accreditation standards and best practices in patient safety. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, families, staff members, and external partners. A background in healthcare management or related field. Demonstrated understanding of management principles within a home care or clinical setting. $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
