(215) 752-4800 We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for large-scale exterior remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to support complex bid processes while collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for roofing, siding, windows, doors, carpentry, and related exterior scope items
• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates using internal data, vendor pricing, and project specifications
• Review drawings, plans, and bid documents to ensure complete scope coverage and identify potential gaps or risks
• Prepare and submit organized, competitive bid proposals for RFPs and project opportunities
• Collaborate with project managers, sales, and clients to align estimates with project execution requirements
• Participate in site visits and inspections (including roofs and elevated areas) to verify field conditions and scope accuracy

Job Requirements Qualifications:

• Must have Proficiency with computers, including estimating software and general digital tools
• Must have Ability to work at heights and safely navigate pitched roofs during site visits and inspections
• Must have Excellent organizational and communication skills
