Job Description

Step into a day where numbers tell a clear story Start your morning validating AP and AR batches in SAP or a comparable ERP. After a quick scan of the general ledger, you reconcile bank activity and review balance sheet accounts, noting items for follow-up. By midday, you're assembling tidy audit folders and backing them with accurate documentation. In the afternoon, you support budgeting work and run basic analyses that help leaders make decisions. You wrap by organizing files so tomorrow's work is fast and clean. What you'll handle Enter precise transactions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger using SAP ERP or similar platforms Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations and perform account analysis to resolve discrepancies Process AP and AR, ensuring on-time payments and collections with proper documentation control Prepare for audits by organizing records and validating data accuracy Assist with budgeting tasks and conduct basic financial analysis to inform reporting and decisions Maintain orderly financial files and uphold company procedures and compliance standards What you bring Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP (or related accounting systems) Solid command of accounting fundamentals: debits/credits, journal entries, and GL reconciliations Exceptional accuracy, fast and dependable data entry, and keen attention to detail Comfort with basic math and the ability to analyze financial information Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team Strong organization and time management to handle competing priorities Preferred Background supporting audits or assisting with financial reporting Track record of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting Why this role Grow inside a stable, well-supported accounting team Gain hands-on exposure to core financial processes and systems Work in a collaborative, professional environment Additional proficiencies You should be proficient in: Labor Management Systems Knowledge Building Incentive Based Rates for Production Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
