Partner with stakeholders, product management, design, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver an intuitive, visually compelling experience for automotive refinish professionals. Support the Global Product Owner in shaping product vision, goals, and a roadmap for Nimbus Color. Translate customer insights and usage data into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items. Facilitate discovery sessions and align stakeholders on product objectives and success metrics. Junior Product Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design/HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 2-4 years of experience in product management or an adjacent role (e.g., product operations, project management, business analysis, UX, or customer-facing roles), with demonstrated contribution to shipping SaaS or other digital products. Demonstrated user-focused approach to product development and interest in improving adoption and retention. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product briefs.
