As we continue to expand campaigns for our client, Verizon, we are looking to hire a Junior Sales Team Member to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and telecommunications. The Junior Sales Team Member will work directly with customers to educate them on Verizon wireless services, assist with enrollment, and support the team in achieving campaign sales goals. Structured training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Team Member Engage directly with new and prospective customers in assigned residential areas to discuss Verizon wireless products and services Conduct professional, enthusiastic conversations and respond to customer questions accurately Present and explain Verizon service options, tailoring sales conversations to customer needs Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that add value for the customer Follow up with customers throughout the sales and enrollment process to ensure a positive experience Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain consistent customer service standards Provide post-enrollment support by addressing customer concerns and reinforcing brand trust Qualifications of the Junior Sales Team Member High school diploma or equivalent required Under 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
