Full-Time About Us Mint Funding Inc. is a fast-growing business funding company focused on providing working capital solutions to small businesses across the country. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Underwriter to join our underwriting team and grow with the company. Responsibilities Review merchant applications and supporting documents Analyze bank statements and cash flow activity Assist senior underwriters with deal structuring and risk assessment Follow up with brokers and merchants for missing items Organize and maintain underwriting files and CRM notes Learn underwriting guidelines and funding policies Help review stipulations, positions, and merchant performance Work closely with management and operations teams throughout the funding process Qualifications Strong attention to detail Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of business finance or bank statements is a plus MCA or business funding experience is preferred, but not required Must be reliable, motivated, and willing to learn What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Hands-on training with experienced underwriters Fast-paced and energetic office environment Long-term career opportunity in the business funding industry To apply, please send your resume along with a short description of your experience.
