Juvenile Dependency Attorney Position San Bernardino, CA 92408 From $110,000 a year

    Full-Time Attorneys
  • Juvenile Dependency (San Bernardino County) We are seeking passionate and dedicated full-time attorneys to primarily represent parents , and occasionally children , in Juvenile Dependency proceedings before the San Bernardino Superior Court, Juvenile Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in juvenile court, possibility for daily court appearances Prepare and argue motions, writs, and other court filings Independently manage client caseloads and maintain files in compliance with office protocols Litigate cases, prepare witnesses, and apply relevant statutes, case law, and court rules Collaborate and maintain professional relationships with judges, courtroom staff, social workers, attorneys, and service providers Negotiate case outcomes with opposing counsel
Qualifications:
Active and valid California State Bar license ( required ) Certification to accept Juvenile Dependency appointments (minimum 8 hours of training in Juvenile Dependency Law
  • training provided) Experience in Juvenile Dependency is preferred , but not required

Salary & Benefits:
