$44,838 â€" $75,158, commensurate with education and years of experience. This position collaborates with families, students, and teachers to identify barriers that may limit student access, academic progress, and active participation in the educational environment. The successful candidate will develop measurable goals, objectives, and benchmarks to support identified students. Qualifications Holds and maintains all required credentials issued by the Ohio Department of Education. Demonstrates a commitment to high-performance standards, including engagement, proficiency, and resilience. Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment in a public school setting. Adheres to the Licensure Code of Professional Conduct for Ohio Educators. Essential Functions Develops and implements individualized learning strategies for students performing below district standards, while monitoring and documenting student progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Maintains strong attention to detail, consistently pursuing high-quality outcomes in all aspects of assigned responsibilities. Fosters open and effective communication with students, families, staff, and administrators, serving as a dependable source of information and support. Seeks ongoing opportunities for professional growth to strengthen job knowledge and skill proficiency. Remains current on emergency preparedness and response procedures.
