Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Texas Principal Certificate or Mid-Management Certificate
• ILD certification and T-TESS appraiser certification
• Ability to provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of instruction

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Working knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and assessments
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
• Strongmunications, public relations, and interpersonal skills

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

• Five years' experience as a classroom teacher
• Experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal
• Experience in small district preferred

Salary Range:

Salary Negotiable mensurate with experience) July 2026 Preferable start date

• Eleven-month contract
