Position Summary Kent Island Resort is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing reservations and check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a guest-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression of the resort Promote and embody the VIVAMEE Virtues in all guest and team interactions Process guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Maintain accurate records and process payments using the property management system (PMS) Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times Follow all company policies, procedures, and cash-handling protocols Qualifications Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems (PMS experience preferred) Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and perform front desk duties consistently Reliable attendance and punctuality Compensation & Benefits $19.00 per hour (non-exempt, overtime eligible) Health benefits for full-time team members (if applicable) Paid time off (if eligible) Employee discounts on golf, dining and merchandise Opportunities for growth within Vivamee Hospitality Why Join Kent Island Resort?
