Position Summary Kent Island Resort is seeking energetic and service-oriented Restaurant Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Servers are responsible for delivering prompt, professional, and attentive food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-first mentality. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests throughout the dining experience Promote and embody the VIVAMEE Virtues in all guest and team interactions Greet guests, present menus, and make food and beverage recommendations Accurately take and input orders into POS system Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas Assist with opening and closing side work, including restocking and cleaning Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service Process guest payments accurately and efficiently Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Qualifications Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 if required for alcohol service) Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays up to 25-30 lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $9/hour + tips Competitive earning potential based on service and volume Paid time off (if eligible) Employee discounts on dining and merchandise Free golf Opportunities for growth within Vivamee Hospitality Why Join Kent Island Resort?
