Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with a major automotive customer account Handle customer inquiries and requests for quotations while negotiating pricing and commercial terms Coordinate new project launches and serve as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional global teams Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels Prepare and deliver technical presentations related to products and services Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to support customer requirements Provide ongoing account support and perform additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field 5-8 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development Experience working with OEM manufacturers strongly preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel for business as needed Preferred Experience OEM manufacturing experience Technical project management experience Automotive industry account management experience Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive base salary along with performance-based incentive opportunities, including quarterly Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) bonuses and annual KPI bonuses.
