Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a residential location, where you will monitor entry points, screen visitors, support access procedures, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to residents and guests. In this role, you will help identify and report security-related concerns while remaining visible and professional. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening access, and responding to residential community concerns in a professional manner. Monitor entry points and verify visitor, contractor, and/or delivery information before permitting access in accordance with property rules and post instructions. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related issues to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unauthorized activity, property concerns, and/or conditions that could help to deter unwanted behavior. Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to residents, management, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
