Key Holder

Keyholder (Retail Leadership) | Lady Lake, FL If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to keep a team focused, a store running smoothly, and customers coming back, this role is your next step. We're looking for a Keyholder to help lead day-to-day store operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the team, drive the customer experience, and step in to manage the store when leadership is not on site. What You'll Do Help lead the sales floor by delivering a strong, consistent customer experience Open and close the store, including cash handling, register setup, and end-of-day reporting Support and guide team members by assigning tasks, answering questions, and keeping operations on track Oversee donation intake and merchandise flow to ensure efficient processing and full sales floors Maintain a store environment that is clean, organized, safe, and ready for customers Monitor store activity and follow loss prevention and safety procedures Support merchandising efforts, including inventory rotation and product placement Step in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly during busy or high-volume periods What You Bring Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is ideal Prior leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred Confidence in cash handling, reporting, and basic operational procedures Strong ability to lead by example and keep a team motivated and on task A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs and take action without waiting to be asked Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-moving environment Availability Expectations This role requires open and flexible availability. Stores operate seven days a week, and schedules may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
