Job Description

This role combines front-office reception, administrative support, billing assistance, and long-term development into a company safety-support position. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
WADE SURVEYINGING WILL BE RELOCATING TO SOUTH LEESBURG.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally Manage emails, mail, and office communications Assist with calendar coordination Maintain organized office files and records Assist management and field crews with administrative tasks Invoice & Administrative Support Prepare and send customer invoices Email completed job documents and project information Enter and organize job-related data in company systems Assist with project documentation and administrative follow-up Coordinate with management regarding completed jobs and paperwork Maintain organized digital and physical records Future Safety Support Responsibilities (Approximately 10-15% of Position Duties) Grow into an expanded safety support and coordination role over time Maintain company safety documentation and records Conduct monthly safety checks and compliance reviews Plan and present quarterly company safety meetings Support company compliance with safety procedures and industry requirements Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Professional attitude and dependable attendance Willingness to learn billing and safety procedures Prior office, construction, surveying, or administrative experience preferred Preferred Traits Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with periods of varying workload Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Able to stay productive and organized during both busy and slower periods Interest in long-term career growth and development within the company Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement (Safety Officer / Office Manager) Training provided Benefits package available based on employment status Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday In-office position
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
