• Full-time Keyway Lock and Safe is hiring for an experienced full time locksmith to take over as the lead locksmith/field manager of our Fort Collins store.

We have been providing exceptional locksmith work for Fort Collins and surrounding areas since 1976. We are the only full service locksmith in Fort Collins that maintains a storefront presence. We are a forward thinking company utilizing the most current technologies for dispatching, invoicing and communication. Company cell phone and use of a service van will be provided. We use up to date vans and high quality tools to perform exceptional work for every customer. All tools are provided. We work closely as a team and depend on each person to continue to provide a high level of service and quality work. Field experience in commercial hardware and access control experience is required. Excellent mechanical aptitude and customer service is a must. You must have the management experience to be able to lead a team of people. Responsibilities The majority of your locksmith work will be performed in light commercial and residential locksmithing. Responsibilities and expectations for all of our locksmiths are: Walkthroughs Quoting Invoicing Installation (exit devices, push paddles, continuous hinges, keypad/fob locksets) Troubleshooting Repairs Keying and Master Keying (including

) Impressioning/Key by Code Maintaining van cleanliness As a manager and lead locksmith, it will be expected that you provide guidance to the techs ensuring they are completing their work in accordance with our high standards. On site visits are regular occurrences, however 50-75% of the time, this is an office job. Requirements Five years applicable locksmith experience Clean criminal and driving records High School Graduate or GED Must be available for full time work Must be self motivated and be able to perform quality work unsupervised This position has an opportunity to expand into general management over both of our Northern Colorado stores (Fort Collins and Greeley).
